Installation Requirements
  • Tape measure
  • Pencil or marker
  • Impact drill or similar tool
  • 12mm masonry drill bit
  • Tube of liquid nails or silicon adhesive
  • Large screwdriver
Installation Procedure
1. Clean all installation surfaces with dish-washing liquid in warm water and allow to dry completely. Ensure all dust, oil, and grease are removed from the surface area.
2. Position the Parking Lock with the sign facing the entry point. Center it from left to right and place approximately 0-100mm from the front entry point of your parking space.
3. Mark the ground through the 4 holes in the Parking Lock base to locate the exact position for drilling. Drill 3 holes minimum 50mm deep using an impact drill.
4. Thoroughly clean dust from around the holes and the installation surface.
5. Apply liquid nails or silicon adhesive to the underside base of the Parking Lock unit in an "S" pattern for enhanced strength.
6. Position the Parking Lock over the holes and insert the tamper-proof bolts. Tighten securely with a large screwdriver to prevent movement during operation.
7. Connect the battery and remote control to their matching black locating sockets.
8. Close and lock the battery box lid. Your Parking Lock is now ready for remote control operation.
