Electromechanical Tire Killer Introduction
The electromechanical tire killer represents one of the highest security vehicle access control systems available. This system effectively prevents unauthorized vehicle entry by immediately puncturing the tires of any unpermitted vehicle, causing it to travel only a few more meters before coming to a complete stop. The tire killer's jaws operate simultaneously, ensuring maximum effectiveness. The drive unit is positioned at one end of the device, elevated above ground level and fully integrated with the body, providing smooth motion transmission while minimizing external interference.
Tire Killer System Components
The complete tire killer system consists of three main components:
  • Main Frame: Constructed from A3 steel, steel blades, base, and drive shaft. The entire body features a steel structure using GB A3 carbon steel plate and channel steel welding, providing exceptional load-bearing capacity and anti-collision performance. The internal design excludes electrical components and wiring, ensuring waterproof safety. The device installs directly into driveways or designated locations to restrict vehicle access.
  • Electric Transmission Station: Includes motor, gear box, limit switch, optical axis, bearings, base, and complete transmission components. The internal mechanism operates without gears or rotating belts, requiring no maintenance while delivering stable, long-lasting performance. This station serves as the system's power source and mounts alongside the main frame. Manual operation is available during power outages for raising or lowering steel blades.
  • Electric Control Part: Comprises control board, transformer, relays, long-distance remote control device, and wire control system for comprehensive operational management.
