Installation Guidelines
Installation Position
The road blocker should be installed at specified vehicle entrances and exits. The hydraulic station should be positioned for easy operation and maintenance, typically near the road blocker. The control box should be placed in an accessible location according to operational requirements.
Pipeline Connection
  1. Standard equipment includes 5 meters of hydraulic pressure pipeline. Additional length requires additional charges. Foundation excavation should consider terrain and pipeline routing.
  2. Pipeline dimensions: Hydraulic pipeline depth 10-30cm, width 15cm; Control wire depth 5-15cm, width 5cm.
  3. Use PVC threading pipes to protect both control wires and oil pipes during installation.
